Cancel Subscription

Celestia VPN subscriptions do not auto-renew. Every payment is a one-off for the chosen term. There's nothing special to "cancel" — access simply ends when the paid period is over.

How to stop using the service

  1. Do not renew — your access will end automatically at the end of the paid term.
  2. Remove the VPN profile from your client (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows).
  3. If you wish, contact support to have your account deleted.

Early termination with refund

If you want to stop using the service before the paid period ends and receive a refund, contact support. Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.

Account deletion

Send deletion requests to support@celestiavpn.com or via Telegram at @CelestiaVPNSupportbot. Deletion is irreversible; payment records are retained as required by financial law.
