Refund Policy

If for any reason you're not happy with Celestia VPN, message us at support@celestiavpn.com or on Telegram at @CelestiaVPNSupportbot. We'll do our best to get the service working for you - and if we can't, we'll issue a refund.
Refund terms
- Payment not used: refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if the subscription has not been used.
- Service unavailability: if the service is unavailable due to our fault for more than 48 consecutive hours, a refund for that period is available on request.
- Telegram Stars: Star refunds are processed via Telegram's refund mechanism. Contact support - we will initiate the request.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Processing time: up to 5 business days from approval. Actual settlement depends on your bank or payment processor.
- EU consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of payment, provided the service has not yet been used.
How to request a refund
- Contact support and describe the issue.
- We'll try to resolve it technically.
- If we can't - the refund is processed within 1-3 business days.
We want you to enjoy the service. Most tickets turn into a config tweak - but if not, there is no bureaucracy: we just refund you.
